1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Domestic delivery: 2–5 business days.
- European delivery: 5–10 business days.
- International delivery: 10–21 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance or events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size, and are confirmed when you place your order. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share tracking details via WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please make sure your delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
